全一卷。唐代实叉难陀译。收于大正藏第十五册。系佛在龙宫为娑伽罗龙王所说，内容为有关十善业之功德。经载，永离十恶而修行十善者，有如下之功德：离杀生者成就十离恼法，离偷盗者得十种可保信法，离邪行者得四种智所赞法，离妄语者得八种天所赞法，离两舌者得五种不可坏法，离恶口者成就八种净业，离绮语者成就三种决定，离贪欲者成就五种自在，离嗔恚者得八种喜悦心法，离邪见者得成就十功德法。本经为‘海龙王经’中十德六度品之抄译，北宋施护所译之‘佛为娑伽罗龙王所说大乘经’为其同本异译。
