后序
雪窦颂古百则。丛林学道诠要也。其间取譬经论或儒家文史。以发明此事。非具眼宗匠时为后学击扬剖析。则无以知之。
圜悟老师。在成都时。予与诸人请益其说。师后住夹山道林。复为学徒扣之。凡三提宗纲。语虽不同。其旨一也。门人掇而录之。既二十年矣。师未尝过而问焉。流传四方。或致踳驳。诸方且因其言以其道不能寻绎之。而妄有改作。则此书遂废矣。学者幸谛其传焉。
