一卷，唐实叉难陀译。佛于菩提树下成正觉时，十方之诸佛，现菩萨之形，为观音普贤等，无量之菩萨，现声闻之形，为舍利弗等。佛入三昧，名如来不思议境界。于诸相中现十方之佛刹，于诸好中现往昔之行门，于是德藏菩萨问普贤菩萨此三昧之名，普贤说其名义及证得此三昧之福德因缘。
