全一卷。译者不详。略称鼓音声王经、鼓音声经。收于大正藏第十二册。内容叙述佛陀在瞻波大城为诸比丘说西方极乐世界及阿弥陀佛之功德庄严，并说阿弥陀佛之国名为清泰，父名月上，母名殊胜妙颜，子名月明，奉事弟子名为无垢称，智慧弟子名为贤光；次说受持读诵鼓音声王大陀罗尼，十日十夜六时专念，十日之中必得见彼阿弥陀佛。此经以载有阿弥陀佛之父母而著称。
