隋北天竺沙门毗尼多流支译，佛将涅盘，入如法三昧，令大千界普遍庄严，大众云集，佛出舌相，遍覆大千，敕弥勒问法决疑，于是净居天等，请佛说大乘方广总持法门，佛告弥勒，一切法皆是佛说，不应横生分别去取，执小废大，执大废小。若谤法者，罪则无量，因说弥陀，及自往因，致有佛国净秽之别，又菩萨必具行六度，不可但言宜修般若，又菩萨不得谤他菩萨，其罪极重。
