佛教经典。西晋泰始五年(269)竺法护译(《开元录》误作帛法祖译)。二卷。内容与《长阿含》之《游行经》大同。此经为部派佛教“涅槃”说的一种，与大乘《大般涅槃经》不同。异译本有：《大般涅槃经》三卷，东晋法显译;《般泥洹经》二卷，失译人名(或作南朝宋求那跋陀罗译)，原本残一卷，《开元录》为之补全。因阿阇世王遣雨舍大臣，问伐越祇国事，佛为说七不衰法。大臣去后，为比丘说七七之法。次说四痛八戒之法，乃至受奈女供，展转游行，至双树间入灭，焚身起塔，结集经典。
