《佛说大集会正法经》（又名《僧伽吒经》）有两个译本。《僧伽吒经》是元魏优禅尼国王子月婆首那所译，《佛说大集会正法经》是宋朝施护大法师所译。两个译本均收录于《乾隆大藏经》（亦称“龙藏”）。其中，《僧伽吒经》收录于“大乘单译经”部分，《佛说大集会正法经》则收录于“宋元入藏者大小乘经”部分。 “僧伽吒”旷劫难遇，为一切正法聚。这部经书，从某些意义上讲了自性十方诸佛的安心之处，自性诸佛古劫大乘小乘的根本。
