开府仪同三司兼殿中监霍国公内外闲厩监牧都使王毛仲，是惟微细，非有功绩。擢自家臣，升于朝位，恩宠莫二，委任斯崇。无涓尘之益，肆骄盈之至。往属艰难，遽兹逃匿。念深惟旧，义在优容，仍荷殊荣，蔑闻悛悔。在公无竭尽之效，居常多怨望之词。迹其深愆，合从诛殛，恕其庸昧，宜从远贬。可州别驾员外置长任，差使驰驿领送至任，勿许东西。
