《蕉轩摭录》卷十二松花条下云,“吾乡每于春服既成后,入山采松花作粉,色黄味甘,咽之他物无其美也。”案《越谚》卷中饮食部中有松花粉,注云,“山松春花,黄细如粉,樵采,入面粉,清香仙家味。”松花粉平常多和入米粉中为糕干,名曰松花糕干,又糕店作小麻如鸡子大,中裹糖馅,外涂松花,名曰松花小鸡,小儿甚喜食之。民家则用以和糯米粉,搓成小团,汤瀹加糖,味最香滑,俗称松花团团,读若土圆切,盖是无馅的汤团,其名字或者亦即从此转出也。其只就长条摘成小块,不搓圆者,名曰毛脚团团。陈年松花粉夏日以扑小儿身体,治痱子颇良,比天花粉为佳,但不易得耳。
