[原文]
夏至节日食粽。
周处谓为角黍，人并以新竹为筒粽。练叶插五［纟采］系臂，谓为长命缕。
[译文]
夏至节这一天吃粽子。
周处在《风土记》里称粽子为黍。人们并用刚生成的竹子做成筒粽。(还有的)在苦［木东］树叶子上面缠些五色丝，系在臂上，叫做长命缕。
