[原文]
六月伏日，并作汤饼，名为辟恶。
按《魏氏春秋》：“何晏以伏日食汤饼，取巾拭汗，面色皎然，乃知非傅粉。”则伏日汤饼，自魏已来有之。
[译文]
六月伏天，家家都煮面馄虼，说是可以避除邪恶。
按语《魏氏春秋》说：“何晏在六月伏天吃面馄，拿一条面巾揩过汗以后，脸色洁白。这以后才晓得何晏并没有在脸上搽粉。”那么伏天吃面馄，从三国魏以来就有了。
