卷六 颤振
颤振，手足动摇，不能自主，乃肝之病，风之象，而脾受之也。肝应木，木主风，风为阳，阳主动；脾应土，土主四肢，四肢受气于脾者也。土气不足，而木气鼓之，故振之动摇，所谓风淫末疾者是也。
按：手足为诸阳之本，阳气不足，则四肢不能自主，而肝风得以侮之。肝应木，热生风，阴血衰则热而风生焉。故犯此症者，高年气血两虚之人，往往有之，治之极难奏功。
