四卷，原为抄本，世无刊本。余借钞同郡友王石农家，藏之箧笱逾四十年，原稿已毁於火。旧题昆山顾炎武辑。因其详细书记福王、唐王及桂王之事，而又称清曰虏，在清代当为禁书。清季文网渐弛，遂有印本行世。< 本书末录入汪光复撰「航海遗闻」一篇，作为附录。
